Hi,
It’s been a few days since I’ve posted, sorry. Long story short, I suddenly found myself busy. I’m getting back into the local SSBM scene again, so that takes up like every Monday night and every other Friday night. Is Remy Fool really having a social life again? Well, if you consider playing video games with other dudes as having a social life, then yeah!
Then there’s the matter of my love life. I won’t really get into details other than mentioning that she’s older than me by 7 years and a widow. At any rate, she’s also been taking up a lot of my time even though we’re currently just talking online, which means I should just be doing my own thing while getting back to her whenever she messages me. But I suck at time management and end up listless while waiting for her responses. I’ll work on that, I promise.
Well, what does that mean for the blog? Well, I’ve been meaning to post about the Fall 2016 anime shows I intend to watch (I’ll probably have it up by tomorrow) for a while now. There’s a lot of shows that catch my interest, but since I’m now suddenly so busy I feel like I might have to stop doing such large episodic reviews/synposes every week. I got away with it since I was essentially only reviewing New Game! and Love Live! Sunshine!! for the majority of the season, but that won’t be the case here. I might take a page out of Karandi’s book and go for short reviews/impressions, instead. Still trying to find my style!
As for shows I’m currently watching, I’m trying to finish and review the first two seasons of Wixoss since a new spin-off for the franchise is coming out this season. I probably won’t be able to finish and review Hibike! Euphonium before Hibike! Euphonium 2 starts, though. We’ll have to see.
There’s also the matter of the upcoming yuri visual novels on the horizon. I still have to review Kindred Spirits on the Roof as well as Starlight Vega, two games I played and finished before starting this blog. And then I’m trying to keep up my (newish) quota of reviewing 2 shows a week. Not enough time, not enough time!
