It’s 2018.
I have no current idea on the direction I want The Lily Garden to take. I might have mentioned ideas in one of my last posts for 2017, but none of them really resonate with me at the moment. Right now I feel lethargic and uncertain and rejected. I just want to crawl into my bed and cry. But that doesn’t provide anything of substance for the readers, so I won’t.
I will try to review more visual novels. I will try to blog about seasonal anime. I will try to write about yuri. I possibly have other ideas that I want to experiment with. I might even force myself to post weekly updates since I have a tendency to just disappear for periods of time. Can’t leave people who don’t follow me on Twitter hanging, after all.
But I don’t want to make promises I might not be able to keep.
Happy New Year, everyone. Hope I can keep you all entertained for as long as I can.

Thank you. Honestly, a lot of things happened to force me to a point where I made that decision, some of which I haven’t really gone into publicly, but my word it needed to be done. I’ll keep taking baby steps until I get the opportunity to fly though 😀

Hey man: first off, Happy New Year. Second of all, really no worries. Whatever you will write about it is always fun, no matter what it is. And I’m not lying about it either just to make you feel better. I truly mean that. All your posts have that special Remy style in them that all of your readers including me just love. So in other words, write what you feel up to yourself.
And sometimes it is a very good idea to just take some time off and relax. Blogging is about having fun, and if at some point for whatever reason you don’t feel up tot writing, that is really okay. Just know that nobody is going to resent you for it in any way, trust me on that. Take your time Remy, and really we are not going anywhere, and we are all here for you. Take care 😊

Nothing wrong with disappearance if you make no promises.
