I’m going to have to do a lot of bingewatching this week.
First up is the polarizing Devilman Crybaby. By the way, I’m tired of people insulting others over preferences for media consumption. It’s alright for them to dismiss a series, but launching personal attacks just because they feel the need to be morally righteous crusaders is outrageous. We all know they’re just putting on airs, anyways, since they probably look up porn when they think no one is looking.
Second up is Cardcaptor Sakura. I’ve got 54 more episodes to go. I’ll start trying to watch a cour a day after I finish Devilman Crybaby? Maybe. We’ll see. You can follow my progress on Twitter!
I also have to finish SeaBed. Actually, I think I may have to start from the very beginning since I’ve gotten the characters’ traits mixed up. I get the feeling that this particular visual novel is one which needs you to fully concentrate to truly enjoy. That primarily is due to how they make extensive use of back-and-forth dialogue and you have to rely on their tone and word choices to differentiate between who’s speaking at any given moment in time.
Ahhhh, I need to think up of some yuri topics to cover. I’d like to think I’m caught in-between the more shallow but popular yuri blogs and the smaller yet more thorough yuri blogs, but I don’t know. Do I still deserve the blog name, The Lily Garden, at this rate? I may need to take drastic measures soon.
On a more positive note, I’m feeling much happier this week. It’s a little scary to pool all of your happiness into one or two sources, though, so I’m trying to be my own person so no one is stressed. You all know how the saying about putting all of your eggs in a basket goes, right?
Egg-in-a-basket is great, though. I actually wanted to be good enough to make one every day back when I was employed. I also distinctly remembering trying to make one the day before my first day of work and giving up after failing to achieve notable results. Probably didn’t use enough butter.

Lastly, I was considering doing a weekly watchlist for anime feature. But I think I’ve decided against doing so.
That LOOKS tasty, but I don’t eat egg XD
Glad you feel better nii-san!

Glad you’re feeling better Remy! 🙂 Also in terms of name change, sometimes I wonder if I’m worthy of archi-anime lol, not getting enough architecture out there so I feel ya ❤ *hugs*

“Do I still deserve the blog name, The Lily Garden, at this rate?”
Blogs, like all living things, evolve over time.
And man, I haven’t had egg-in-a-basket in years. I think I’ll wait until Spring though… That’s when my various friends chickens start laying and I can get some *fantastic* eggs.

But wow, you have a lot of bingewatching ahead of you. Hope it wil; be entertaining. Somehow these days I always see posts that have food in them right before I go to sleep. Now I am getting hungry again, and I want to go to the kitchen to make a sandwich or something😂😂
Hope you will have a fun week! 😀

On a more serious ntoe though, i’m glad to hear you’re feeling happier. I hope the personal update blogs are a little cathartic.

Mmmm I first encountered them in a Denny’s. It was a promotional move for The Hobbit movies. Either that or it was from V for Vendetta since the guy with the mask makes some for breakfast.
Thank you. I think they’re effective. It does feel good to let talk about things that aren’t specifically anime-related!

Glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better. 100% agreed on your thoughts on those who feel the need to insult others for their preferences!
Interested to hear what you think of Devilman Crybaby, I haven’t watched it yet but I’m always intrigued when something provokes such a heavily polarised reaction like this.

Thank you! It’s rather disappointing to see people put down others like that, yeah.
I’m not sure if I’ll manage to post my thoughts on the series, but it does have quite the reputation already!
